FAQs
How soon can we start?
To ensure every client project receives the studio's complete focus, our booking lead time typically ranges from three to six weeks. This varies however, and can be shorter or longer depending on the project and how busy the studio is. We recommend reaching out during the early planning stages of your project to secure your preferred start date.
Can you offer ongoing design support once the project is complete?
Yes, we would be delighted to support throughout the growth of your business. As we have already worked together, we can build on our collaborative relationship and use our knowledge of your brand, customers and design styling to compliment on-going projects. Please ask us about our retainer packages. 
Do you offer web design? 
No, however we often work alongside web designers; assisting in creative direction and passing on your brand design assets we have created so they can roll out the brand on your website. 
Where are you based?
Our studio is based in Bangor, Northern Ireland within Boom Studios Creative Hub. We work with clients both locally and globally with equal success. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
What services do you offer?
Our core design services are Brand, Editorial, and Print and Digital Marketing Asset design. We sometimes take on other work associated to these core services, so please get in touch with your requirements and we can advise from there! If we can't take on your project, we will strive to recommend a trusted alternative business who can.​​​​​​​
What is your design process? 
We have developed a structured, reliable process that ensures every project is completed to the highest of standards while remaining fully personalised to your goals. Whether we are building a brand identity, designing an editorial layout, or crafting marketing assets, this proven framework allows us to truly understand your needs and deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.
Discovery: We take the time to get to know your business and align on your strategic goals, often starting with a tailored questionnaire or discovery call.
Design: We research your market, sketch ideas, and develop creative concepts tailored beautifully to your brief before presenting them to you.
Refinement: We collaborate closely with you to polish the details. We include at least three rounds of amendments with every project; adjusting this depending on the scope to ensure you walk away 100% satisfied.
Delivery: Once finalised, you will receive carefully prepared, ready-to-use files perfectly optimised for both print and digital application.
